An Interaction is one resident topic handled through On The Strata. It can include multiple messages, clarification questions, responses and supported media while the same underlying topic is being handled.
No. Individual messages relating to the same resident topic aren't counted as separate On The Strata Interactions.
No. Media associated with an existing topic doesn't independently create another Interaction.
It can be marked closed/completed while remaining part of the history of that resident topic.
No. Pricing is based on the managed residences within the management company's active portfolio.
