MALAYSIA BETA NOW LIVE
BE ONE OF THE FIRST MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO RUN RESIDENT SUPPORT WITH STRATA AI.

See the platform working with your portfolio and help shape where it goes next.
What your residents get
What time does the pool close tonight?
The pool is open until 10:00 PM daily.
THIS ISN'T A CONCEPT DEMO
On The Strata has been built around the day-to-day realities of managing residential schemes:
- residents asking repetitive questions
- different rules in every building
- incomplete maintenance reports
- WhatsApp messages disappearing into conversations
- managers repeatedly gathering information
- operational issues requiring human judgement
The beta is about putting the system into real management environments and learning from actual use.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES THAT...
- manage multiple residential schemes
- deal with resident enquiries through WhatsApp
- want to reduce repetitive resident administration
- want better visibility across their portfolio
- are open to testing AI-assisted resident communication
- want to help shape an emerging category
